Well today is the big day, after months of training we’re off round the isle of wight! 56 miles in 12 hours, wish us luck!
0430 – on the ferry to the island now, everyone is either apprehensive or asleep!
0517 – Just waiting for the chain ferry before we begin, it doesn’t appear to be moving though!!
Now doing it the wrong way round!!
0652 just arrived at checkpoint one! Good effort by all so far!!
0803 top of braedon down, lovely view!
0843 cp2 sandown! Everyone doing well.
1004 – cp3 ventor – I want to die!
Umm I got a bit tired of updating at about 10am, Ventnor just killed me lol – I’m going to put a proper post up soon with pics and the route track, so keep your eyes peeled.

What a phenomenal feat or if you like feet!! Sounds more like a jog than a walk – hope it goes really well and the blisters are few and far between. Well done to all taking part.

Well that was ‘fun.’ My legs ache a bit but my 10k run this morning helped to loosen them up. Well done everyone.
